These gluten free biscuits are to die for!! They are so good warm and with jelly that they can double as a scone 🙂 They even have protein from the Greek yogurt. A win all around 🙂
2 1/2 cups Bob’s Red Mill 1:1 Flour
2 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
2 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
1/2 c butter
3/4 cup nonfat Greek vanilla yogurt
Mix together sugar, butter, salt, baking powder and baking soda.
Mix in eggs and flour. Add Greek vanilla yogurt. Mix completely.
Drop by spoonfuls on a parchment covered cookie sheet.
Bake at 450 degrees for 16-18 minutes. Biscuits will turn golden brown. Allow to cool before cutting. Hide the extras…
