These gluten free biscuits are to die for!! They are so good warm and with jelly that they can double as a scone πŸ™‚ They even have protein from the Greek yogurt.Β  A win all around πŸ™‚

2 1/2 cups Bob’s Red Mill 1:1 Flour

2 1/2 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp baking soda

2 tsp sugar

1 tsp salt

1/2 c butter

2 eggs

3/4 cup nonfat Greek vanilla yogurt

Mix together sugar, butter, salt, baking powder and baking soda.

Mix in eggs and flour.Β  Add Greek vanilla yogurt.Β  Mix completely.

Drop by spoonfuls on a parchment covered cookie sheet.

Bake at 450 degrees for 16-18 minutes.Β  Biscuits will turn golden brown.Β  Allow to cool before cutting.Β  Hide the extras…
